Job Responsibilities

• Strategize and drive the region IT programs
• Responsible for all project budget allocation
• Facilitate all aspects of planning, staffing, financial management, and solution delivery within the stream
• Proactively find innovative technology solutions to business challenges
• Manage and maintain trusting relationships with business stakeholders across the region and ensure smooth collaboration and cooperation for the programs

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management with large organizations
• Strong knowledge and experience in large-scale IT programs / digital transformation
• Strong collaboration skills and leadership skills to be able to lead and drive the team
• Able to influence stakeholders on senior management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English
