*Role:

• Understand, translate and prioritize user stories, UX and functional requirements ; providing input into solutions and working with the product and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

• Partner with the technical team to ensure the quality of technical delivery of regular sprints and larger projects
• Research, manage, document, and support requirements of our 3rd party platform partners, primarily those in mainland china. Ensure smooth delivery of integration projects
• Technical support escalations for our products, assisting with the resolution of technical issues as needed

*Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5 years experience in business analysis, product management and/or project management in a technology projects environment.
• 3 years experience within business intelligence, elt/data warehouse, or ecommerce technology.  Specific experience in mainland china will be highly beneficial
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Experience working with 3rd party ecommerce marketplaces such as tmall and jd.com
