Provide Support for UNIX infrastructure project in APAC.
Planning and coordination with stakeholders on UNIX projects
Raise Change Requests for migrations and implementations.
Provide support on migrations and implementation.
Provide day-to-day UNIX Server infrastructure support, including Linux system builds, configuration & security management, patching, automation and system upgrades, troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Responsible for server capacity planning and deployment
Implement proactive monitoring of the physical and virtual infrastructure and implement automated resolution tasks.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT equivalent.
At least 8 years' experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining UNIX IT system
Solid understanding of operating system RedHat/Linux, RHEL certificates preferred.
Ability to write scripts in common administrative languages (shell, Perl, python or etc)
Knowledge of Equity and High-Frequency Trading (HFT) domain is preferred.
Familiar with x86 hardware, server networking peripherals, and data centre setup
Independent problem-solving and troubleshooting in an engineering-focused complex global Linux environment and associated IT Infrastructure.
Strong personal work ethic with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving.
