Core Responsibilities

• Identify investment opportunity by in-depth research and analysis of the macroeconomic situation and equity/mutual funds investment market. Proactively support Chief Investment Officer in formulating investment strategies 
• Follow up the changes in the equity market, comprehensively consider the risk appetite and liquidity requirements, and put forward suggestions for adjusting and optimizing the investment portfolio
• Provide investment consulting support for the company's Class C insurance product fund platform, including understanding and regularly updating the latest fund market trends, platform fund performance tracking and analysis, industry company fund platform information tracking, post-investment consulting services and new product development support
• Responsible for implementation, monitor and review of investment strategies and asset allocation of the portfolio to ensure that the yield requirements are met
• Recommend buy/sell decisions to Chief Investment Officer, responsible for research and management of equity investment(including stocks and mutual funds), writing research reports and investment proposals
• Prepare market commentaries, regular reports and investment memos to leadership team and investment committees
• Assist in the implementation and feedback of the asset allocation
• Cooperate with the marketing activities of the company's sales department and provide professional support
• Manage investment projects such as governance and investment process improvement
• Other auxiliary work such as investment, compliance, risk control, etc.

Qualifications/Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in asset management industry with more than 5 years of investment experience in equities(including stocks and mutual funds)

• Familiar with Hong Kong Class C insurance product fund platform, have in-depth understanding or work experience with Hong Kong mutual fund market and fund advisory business, or engaged in FOF research and investment in Hong Kong

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, FRM preferred
• Good communication skill and fluent in English and mandarin
