The role will be based in Manchester, UK working within the Global Client Management Team, specifically within Loan Capital Markets.

The candidate will be a key contributor as part of an orchestrated Client Management effort to discover revenue growth opportunities and revenue retention
Duties and Responsibilities - "Your Role"
Client Management within the Financial Services' Solutions Division are the primary contacts responsible for enhancing and evolving our client experience post sale. Their primary and most important role is revenue retention which is accomplished by maintaining open lines of communication with our clients, both with key users, influencers and ideally C-Suite stakeholders.
Client Management Associate will be based in the Manchester office and will provide support to the global Client Management team and their customers in the syndicated loan market.
Key Job Duties:
Assist management in preparing metrics/presentations etc. for any market strategies and opportunities
Use of quantitative techniques to help team analyze data
Assist team in preparation and delivery of presentations for internal and external purposes
Organization of call notes prepared by client managers into accessible, user friendly format
Help team build and maintain list of client contacts, working groups, and communications sent
Provide product training to new clients as well as troubleshoot issues for existing clients, as needed
Act as a liaison between finance and the Client Management team on the status of aging receivables and support efforts to collect past dues
Respond to client billing inquiries; communicate internally any system issues highlighted by clients; provide compliance and other materials requested by clients
Assist the team with EOM billing procedures and approvals
Assist the team with any other administrative or technical duties as required
Job Requirements - "About You"
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in the syndicated loan market, ideally in an operations function
Experience in ClearPar and Debtdomain preferred but not required
Articulate, detail-oriented and self-motivated team player
Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communications skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
SalesForce experience a plus
Prior client facing role/internship experience a plus
Languages also considered a plus
