An exciting role as a Senior Compliance Officer within a fast paced team in the Chief Risk & Compliance division in Zurich
You act as the primary interface to the front office by supporting and advising on a broad range of compliance relevant matters
You educate employees through regular training and awareness sessions to promote compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, standards and processes
Working closely with central compliance functions in accordance with the global compliance mandate and in line with respective local regulatory requirements
You independently assess compliance risks and perform deep dives and thematic reviews
Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures to assist in the compliance with applicable laws and regulations

A University degree in law or business administration or an equivalent education
At least 5 years of experience in the area of risk function, preferably Compliance, for Private Banking and/or Investment Banking preferably in international markets
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are required, Hebrew and/or Russian language skills would be a valuable asset for the role
Elevated business partnership culture combined with a solution oriented attitude, which allow you to perform even in challenging situations
You communicate clearly and concisely on complex regulatory and compliance matters to Business and Compliance stakeholders
