You will join the Flow Traders EMEA Operations, in the Stock Loan Team based in our office in Amsterdam. We have an expanding product universe, covering ETFs with Equities and Fixed Income product base. The role requires a deep understanding of the trade lifecycle and European markets.

What you will do

• Focus on developing opportunities in the EMEA market
• Expand our presence to all European primary markets
• Monitoring of settlement lifecycle; trade capture, settlements and reconciliations
• Identify issues affecting settlement cycle
• Manage and develop relationships across multiple Prime brokers
• Posses ability to lead and drive process efficiencies
• Keep management and trading updated on any essential issues
• Help develop and grow our existing business lines and open new ones

What you need to succeed

• University degree or relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Operations or SBL
• Existing market relationships and be familiar with the Securities Lending market
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Process and critically analyze data and understand inherent risks
• Front to back knowledge of the Stock Loan process
• Excellent numerical skills
• Medium knowledge of SQL, Excel, VBA
• Scripting skills are beneficial
