We are seeking Vice-President candidates for a role within our Sector Solutions Sales team - the focus of the role will be Alternative Investments. This is a direct sales quota carrying position. This is also a new business sales role, requiring you to research opportunities, initiate discussions, build prospect relationships, manage sales process and close deals that generate new revenue. This role would be located in either Boston or may be able to be based in another location, in some cases.

What you will be responsible for the following:
Meet and exceed revenue goals
Conduct business research on prospects / opportunities
Become familiar with State Street's MF technology, and MF-related product offerings
"Sell the Firm": Candidate will be responsible for learning / selling State Street's products / services across alternatives and global markets
Perform product demonstrations and presentations
Represent State Street at relevant industry events and conferences
Provide regular and accurate reporting back to Head of Sales - Asset Manager and Insurance
Working closely with operations, legal, risk and relationship management to align opportunities with corporate requirements
Network across State Street to uncover other relationships / services that enhance prospecting opportunities
To understand, monitor, and communicate competitor activity throughout the market, identifying key strengths and weaknesses
To provide product positioning, marketing materials, and industry trends
