This position will be responsible for assisting Relationship/Office Managers in meeting the servicing requirements of their clients and clients assigned to a Relationship manager. He/she will be expected to handle customer inquiries, exercise initiative in researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems, coordinating KYC/AML processes and procedures for client portfolio and exercising judgment regarding proper handling of customer requests in the Relationship Manager's absence. The incumbent must be able to effectively interact with professionals at all levels (internally and externally) in order to provide responses to inquires received and to ensure that the business unit accurately interprets and complies with instructions provided. He/she must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to Financial Services policies, procedures, auditing and regulatory requirements. This position will also execute and manage any projects relative to client portfolios.
High School. College preferred. 3-5 years retail banking experience; knowledge of retail banking products & services.
