Job Description
Morgan McKinley are working in partnership with a leading Banking institution who are looking to hire an Investor Relations Manager to join their IR Function on a permanent basis.

Morgan McKinley are working in partnership with a leading Banking institution who are looking to hire an Investor Relations Manager to join their IR Function on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a small and agile team, you will contribute across the end-to-end Investor Relations strategy in a hands-on role.

As Investor Relations Manager, your key responsibilities will include;
  • Creating high quality and detailed materials for external announcements, presentations, events and financial results
  • Review feedback from investor and analyst research ready for presentation to C-Suite professionals
  • Respond to investor queries in a timely manner, aligned to KPIs and key outlined messages
  • Collaborating closely with the Board - attending meetings with investors, preparing presentations, speeches, briefings and reports
  • Remain up to date with any company, industry or regulatory updates that could impact the Banking industry or wider financial services
  • Monitoring share price, valuations and movements in the share register - reporting these to the Senior Executives
  • Identify patterns and themes in the market in order to anticipate movement in the investor marketplace
  • Taking responsibility for managing the IR website, ensuring information is up to date, accurate and on trend in order to keep up to date with investor communication patterns
  • Collaborate and build key business relationships with internal functions including Finance, Corporate Development, Sales and Treasury

Successful candidates will have;
  • Prior experience working within an Investor Relations role (ideally at Senior Analyst or Manager level)
  • Broad Investor Relations experience from technical to operational
  • Experience working within Financial Services OR a FTSE250 business
  • Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
  • Prior experience drafting financial results and other key information for external communication
  • A hands-on approach with a proactive mindset

Salary; £60,000 - £75,000 per annum + benefits
