Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. As a change agent of the Bank, the role is to drive strategic projects & Programs to bring about changes to the way we work in Technology & Operations through people transformation and data & insights.
Lead strategic initiatives such as Future Ready Workforce, Strategic Workforce Planning, SG Goto Model, etc. to deliver value and create impact with strong partnership and coordination with regional and country stakeholders across Technology & Operations functions / countries, cross- BU stakeholders such as HR, GSMC and external vendors
Be responsible for end-to-end management of assigned initiatives from initiation to detailed planning, tracking, issues/risk mitigation, stakeholder management, progress updates to Sponsors and Steerco
Provide leadership to the members of the team or taskforce and enable them to perform their roles effectively clearing roadblocks as needed
Manage Project financials and ensure timely and realistic forecasting, prudent spend within budget
Support financials & headcount tracking of Ops COO and Line Ops consolidation - Budget, SCM, SWP, actuals, forecast tracking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in teams

Ability to plan, organize and solve problems.
Meticulous and detailed but able to summarise and present issues for senior management level
Knowledge on general banking products and processes

Knowledge in Tech & Ops allocations, budgeting
Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
Experience in a Line role is preferred
