Reporting to Department Head and Global Head of Financial Institutions, this is a senior role within GFI Department. Expected to contribute to the direction and execution of customer service, business support and control, the candidate's role is to enhance the effectiveness of the relationship management team in a dynamic and evolving business environment facing the Department.
The role is also suitable for high energy, process-oriented executive interested in furthering his/her career in FI: one that looks to contribute to business growth working alongside the Relationship Managers and through staff coaching, working with internal support colleagues to improve customer service to GFI customers.

Providing direction and leadership in dealing with other internal stakeholders in operations, client support and credit risk management relating to Bank and NBFI customers
Overseeing process improvements to enable efficient middle office and improved high-customer experience of FI customers managed by GFI
5-10 years of experience in functions relating to banking business with FI customers; or familiar with internal operating processes for customer onboarding, transaction processing of payments, loan and deposit.
Good people leadership (up to 10 direct reports).
Understanding of customer needs of Bank and Non-bank FI; or basic product knowledge and documentations for global treasuries, cash/clearing, trade/loans.
Familiarity with middle office functions including basic control, compliance, credit risk and regulatory reporting.
Meticulous and business oriented.
Experience in project/process re-engineering will be a plus.
