Job Description 1) In charge of managing the GCF - Credit Administration team 2) Ensure timely and reliable operations of the team 3) Work closely with the team and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues 4) Ensure robust internal controls within the team and work closely with risk stakeholders on operational risk issues 5) Manage operational risk via regular risk and controls assessments, data quality attestations as well as business continuity management 6) Motivate, coach, and build talent within the team Team Responsibilities 1) Ensure timely, accurate and effective legal documentation and administer credit for the Global Commodities Finance (GCF) Business Unit. 2) Implement facility limits (bilateral and syndicated), maintaining accurate credit documentation and transaction records 3) Work with Relationship managers, Risk managers and Legal counsels to ensure that loan documentation complies with credit approvals and is properly executed. 4) Ensure covenants and exceptions are logged, monitored and followed-up 5) Ensure safekeeping and lodgment of security documents 6) Independent monitoring of excesses and overdues 7) Regular management and regulatory reporting LI-JY Qualifications Requirement a) At least 7 years experience in credit administration with at least 3 years in leadership roles b) Undergraduate Degree or Polytechnic Graduate or Diploma Holder c) Analytical with strong problem-solving skills d) A keen eye for details, conscientious and meticulous e) Able to work under stress and adaptable to changes f) Pro-active, good interpersonal and communication skills g) Good team player h) Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
