My client is a renowned & highly established Real Estate Financial Institution and is looking for a Financial Controller to join their team in Singapore.


Your new role
With your proven team leadership experience, you will lead a sizable team in handling the full spectrum of financial reporting, accounting operations, management reporting, budget planning, tax and treasury functions in the organisation.

You will develop organisational financial strategy, and provide analysis and propose solutions to improve efficiencies.


What you'll need to succeed
You are required to have at least 12-15 years of relevant finance experience in Real Estate/Property/REITS companies.

You should have proven team leadership, and good communication skills & stakeholders management to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
