Scope of Responsibilities:

• Lead due diligence and draft proposal on fund investment target
• Engage in portfolio management including but not limited to analysis, valuation, monitor existing investment portfolio and prepare internal management report
• Conduct industry and market research on new potential investment opportunities
• Perform data collection and prepare portfolio analysis report on a semi-annual basis
• Work closely with headquarter and internal divisions on information collection
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with major in Finance, Economics and any related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 - 6 years' experience in private equity, direct investment or FOF
• Qualified member of CFA is a plus
• Practical skills in data analysis and valuation
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded and result oriented
• Familiar with Bloomberg, Preqin, Wind, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
