Responsibilities of the role:

• Create and develop architectural design proposals and prepare architecture reports for the management and executive teams
• Provide solutions to improve new and existing systems
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc standards review on every architecture component for different enterprise systems
• Work with the business users to define and implement an enterprise technology roadmap
• Prepare technical reports and presentation to the management to discuss the business implications and initiatives
• Promote architectural standards and policies
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to all levels of engineers and managers
• Conduct trainings to other team members to help them be motivated and establish the knowledgeable and competent workforce

Requirements of the role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Have the ability to lead the architecture analysis, modelling, and design ensuring alignment with business and Architecture strategy
• Solid experience in architecture development and information systems analysis/design
• Good understanding of EA concept, implementation implications
• Experience in defining the business & systems roadmaps
• Knowledgeable in the latest technologies and business processes such as data science languages, visual analytics tools, Datawarehouse/Data lake technology and messaging technology
• Ability to lead in architecture analysis, modelling, and design ensuring alignment with business and Architecture strategy, especially in the areas of corporate back-office functions, such as financial accounting, budgeting, procurement, human resources, facilities management, audit, compliance, etc
• Knowledgeable in R, Python, SAS, Tableau
• Excellent in writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Effective communicator to different levels of stakeholders and can present complex ideas and technical details into layman terms
• Strong oral and written English language skills
