  • Provide support to Front Office team on implementation of new systems and processes
  • Prepare business report and handle business agreement related issues requirements
  • Maintains paperwork and records of client accounts and transactions
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including Market Head, Relationship Managers and Marketing Associates
  • Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, claims submission, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials
  • Coordinates with various departments on matters and resolve issues and requests independently
  • Participate in any bank wide projects and initiatives as and when assigned
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies at all times


Qualifications
  • Understands the basic mechanisms of common financial products and services
  • Accomplished independent worker, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Good command in MS Excel with analytical skills will be an added advantage
