Provide support to Front Office team on implementation of new systems and processes
Prepare business report and handle business agreement related issues requirements
Maintains paperwork and records of client accounts and transactions
Provide administrative support to the team, including Market Head, Relationship Managers and Marketing Associates
Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, claims submission, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials
Coordinates with various departments on matters and resolve issues and requests independently
Participate in any bank wide projects and initiatives as and when assigned
Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies at all times
Understands the basic mechanisms of common financial products and services
Accomplished independent worker, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of colleagues in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments
Good command in MS Excel with analytical skills will be an added advantage
