Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitating and participating in meetings with external parties such as; Asset Managers, Counterparties, and Vendors to discuss service delivery, and market trends and initiatives that could impact our client base or improve our product offering
Lead relationship and sales activity with asset managers to develop and sell our distribution and analytics offerings.
Preparation of material to support sales and business development activity
Completing the sales cycle including management of contracting process with clients
Work closely with team to develop and manage the offerings for clients
Support activity on identifying sales trends with Asset Managers by utilising our sales analytics team and MI.
Investigate potential opportunities for account growth and new business
Develop ideas to increase revenue from existing and new clients
Respond to and follow up on request for proposal (RFP's)
Work with wider client servicing teams including taking lead in presentations on SS&C's distribution services to clients and consultants
Demonstrating strong industry wide changes affecting clients and work with them to understand the impact. How these changes will affect their business model whilst ensuring we are able to provide STP solutions
Client Service/Delivery Management
Ability to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Ensure all services are provided to clients in accordance with the contracts and any service level agreements
Ownership of client delivery, including though not limited to, oversight and accountability of processing activities
Understand and manage client change requests, acting as a partner and looking at the best solutions
Indirect management of client aligned distribution service teams across multiple locations
Provide regular updates to senior management on the client service meetings
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Must have an Asset Management background and understand the UK advisory market
Have working knowledge of CRM systems
Good analytical back ground to work on our analytics and MI
Solid business development experience
Strong client relationship and communications skills.
Leadership and management skills – cross border advantageous
Understanding of UCITS, SICAVS and other related investment products.
