The successful candidate will take ownership and responsibility for managing and overseeing all aspects of origination and initial assessment of loan enquires, focusing on managing existing relationships and supporting the addition of new relationships. The role can be either London or Manchester based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively seeking new borrowers and sourcing leads focused on bridging finance.
• Building on existing relationships and establishing new relationships with developers, brokers and property investors across the UK.
• To ensure all your property proposals (new, amendments and extensions) are prepared and presented to Credit Committee.
• To issue Head of Terms for your new or existing property customers.
• To liaise when necessary with lawyers, valuers and other third parties.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of originating and leading transactions and developing key client relationships in the bridging finance space.
• Strong credit skills.
• Excellent market and technical knowledge.
• Strong existing borrower and broker relationships and understanding of the current market conditions.
