This candidate will assist the Head of KYC Advisory.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will work closely with all aspects of the KYC department
  • Liaise with internal audit regarding any outstanding issues or concerns for the KYC division
  • Enhance KYC policies for the frontline unit and KYC procedures
  • Perform calibration of KYC Systems and rules
  • Draft enhancements to project plans including MRA
  • Develop or implement KYC reporting function

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in KYC
  • Experience working with Banks under consent orders (Correspondent & Retail Banking exps a must!)
  • Experience performing KYC Advisory work
  • Strong leadership experience
  • strong project management experience
