You will be responsible for engaging with financial advisors, investment managers and promoting services, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to management.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with other functions and roles within the organisation to drive commercial materials
• Analyse commercial results and apply measures for sustaining growth and progression of Net sales;
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan

Requirements:

• Experience in sales in the finance industry and a strong knowledge of funds is required;
• Communication skills in Italian is required.
