CASS Analyst assisting the CASS Manager to be responsible for all CASS administration duties and daily tasks. for a International Asset Manager in London.

Primary role in supporting the activities of the CASS Manager with particular focus on performing the necessary CASS custody and bank reconciliations and supporting the wider CASS governance framework. The following are examples of the likely work tasks for the role (training can be given if some expereince is missing)

Responsibilities of incumbent in providing a first line oversight admin support will include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of CASS control and oversight frameworks, to include;
• Outsourced providers responsibilities
• Daily oversight of all CASS reconciliations and reports
• CMAR returns
• Production of MI reporting for relevant boards and board or operating committees
• Daily Custody Reconciliation of Banking reports and accounts
• Breach monitoring, recording, oversight and escalation
• Complete Internal System Evaluation Method (ISEM) Check
• Daily oversight of all Client Money bank account balances and reconciliations Daily Oversight of Failed Trades and Shortfall funding
• Monitoring temp funding for Investment Trust Recs
• Treasury report and monitoring daily CM movements from Dealing to CM accounts including prudent segregation and timed transfers
• Weekly Overcheques monitoring
• Weekly CASS Resolution monitoring and amendments
• Monthly Client reports
• Manage communications and project updates in the absence of the CASS Manager
• Actively participate at CASS Forums and Working Groups
• Attend Monthly Service Review and quarterly CASS Co-ordinator onsite reviews
• Monthly CMAR cover
