- An exciting opportunity working as Business Analyst within the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) function, with specific focus on the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) program for the International Wealth Management (IWM) and Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) divisions.
- An interesting role to think strategically and engage with key business partners in order to engineer and implement smart solutions in the area of bank-wide/strategic regulatory change.
- An important mandate that is highly collaborative with multiple business functions, including but not limited to front office, trading, compliance, operations, IT, platform and risk management.

You Offer
You Offer: - A university degree or equivalent. Further education e.g. MBA, CFA, FRM/PRM, PMI is an asset.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in a Business Analysis role, ideally within the Investment Banking, Private Banking / Wealth Management industry, a risk function or Financial Services Consulting.
- Results-oriented analytical, conceptual and problem solving attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a flexible working environment with a high drive for innovation.
- Validated experience as a strong, self-starting standout colleague who can adapt to working in a highly collaborative environment and dedicated to the team's success
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus.
