You will hold a key position within the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) function which offers significant exposure to senior management partners across the divisions and functions

You will actively contribute to the Bank's Policy framework by managing the NFR function's portfolio of policies, procedures, manuals and guidelines

Higher education degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration or similar
At least 2 years of professional experience in a risk and control related function with sound knowledge of investment and private banking
You combine excellent analytical skills with an eye for details to actively identify potential inconsistencies and propose appropriate resolution strategies
You have the ability to apply critical thinking, rules and logic to understand requests from different angles before executing an action
You are a highly motivated colleague with an open-minded, flexible and reliable way of working as well as dedication to provide high-quality deliverables within short timeframes
You have an intellectual curiosity, a passion for learning, a positive can-do attitude and the desire to solve problems
You possess an outstanding command of English, both written and verbal communication, as you will have to liaise with teams globally, German is a plus
