An exciting senior position in the International Wealth Management Divisional First Line of Defense, located in Zurich, with a global mandate

You will be responsible for holistic monitoring and mitigation of Anti-Money Laundering and other business risks related to clients covered by two or more Relationship Managers, along the client life-cycle.
You will be responsible for the performance of various controls at holistic client level ensuring accuracy and consistency of client details.

An university degree in business administration, banking & finance, law or an equivalent higher education
You have 5 years' experience in a large bank, preferably in a Private Banking Front Office function, in a Compliance function or in a Business Risk Management / First Line of Defense function
Prior work experience in the management of Financial Crime related risks or prior knowledge in this area (KYC reviews, transaction monitoring, etc.)
Ideally, familiarity with front office processes and risk management related requirements (such as periodic or event-triggered reviews of Politically Exposed Persons and Complex Client Relationships)
The ability to prioritize and plan efficiently in an environment with a high degree of change and complexity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate complex messages or content in a simple and understandable manner to various levels of management
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a can-do attitude and the willingness to take ownership
Proficiency in English is required, other languages such as German, Russian or Arabic would be an advantage
