You a meaningful role in our Risk & Compliance CDO department, which ensures that the data used for risk reporting and decision-making is of required quality, fit for purpose and taken from the golden source.
The opportunity to support existing and new projects to become compliant with regulatory standards (e.g. BCBS 239) that relate to data governance and data sourcing.
You will take ownership of data quality resolution, which includes root cause analysis and solution design, working in close collaboration with different partners (e.g. risk, change, IT).
Responsibility to support local risk & compliance partners for data related requests as well as active support of our strategic change initiatives.

Higher education, preferably in Risk, Compliance, Banking & Finance or Computer Science, combined with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Solid experience in business requirement gathering, data flow and root-cause analysis, IT specifications, data sourcing models, data mining, SQL queries as well as sound product knowledge of Credit Risk
Ability to interact with different stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, deliver sound opinion and to present relevant solutions
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to learn
Objective oriented, ambitious and teammate personality who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a spirit of true team work
Business proficiency in English, German would be a plus
You are a self-starter with a positive personality, committed to ongoing learning, and you love to share your knowledge with others
