A meaningful position within Non-Financial Risk (NFR), in which you are responsible for the oversight and leadership of the Business Continuity Readiness program in Switzerland
You will have the opportunity to lead a small team across two locations and drive the Business Continuity (BC) Readiness program within a global organization forward
Continually improve the program in line with our risk appetite and landscape, reflecting business changes and thereby ensuring testing meets all regulatory requirements
You will act as BCM subject matter expert in identifying risks and gaps, providing mitigation solutions and developing testing scenarios and plans in order to execute the program
Senior management exposure while you facilitate crisis management calls, alerts and provide support and coordination in implementing response measures

Higher education in Business Administration, a technical subject or any similar education or experience
At least six years of professional experience within a risk function in any Second Line of Defense role, with a profound understanding of business and IT processes and risks; experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) or Service Continuity Management would be an advantage
Experience as a team leader, preferably with the ability to drive action in remote teams and ensure good collaboration and open communication across BCM globally
Ability to interact with senior management, build trusted partnerships, deliver sound opinion and present relevant solutions
Business proficiency in both English and German is a must
