We Offer
An exciting role based in Zurich within the FCC Regulatory & Risk Oversight department (FCC RRO) of the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) function.
The Global Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Regulatory & Risk Oversight department is responsible for developing the FCC Risk Analytics Program and overseeing the delivery through portfolio change management. A key area within the team is the project management office (PMO) which will provide support to all change initiatives as well as portfolio oversight. A PMO is required to:
  • Work closely with the Global Head FCC Risk Analytics to develop and maintain a change management and governance framework for the function
  • Support with building and managing centralized tracking of all FCC Risk Analytics initiatives
  • Provide support to the team members in the management of their initiatives as necessary
  • Provide regular reporting on projects as input to relevant change governance forums
  • Attend project management meetings and facilitate as required
  • Maintain Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) logs
  • Update and maintain project budgets and provide financial reporting
  • Conduct project health checks and quality assure deliverables with the Global Head FCC Risk Analytics
  • Develop a strong working relationship with relevant counterparts in technology and determine best practice measures in working together to desired outcomes
  • Identify project dependencies and evidence of cross project management
  • Assist the Global Head FCC Risk Analytics on the day-to-day management of the portfolio as necessary
  • Preparing strategic presentation on behalf of the Global Head FCC Risk Analytics for senior bank management, auditors and regulators


You Offer
  • 3-5 years+ in a compliance, consulting, strategy, project management or chief-of-staff function
  • Diploma / Certificate in AML preferred but not essential
  • Background in Financial Crime Compliance, including AML, Anti-Bribery or Corruption or Sanctions is preferred
  • PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent certifications would be an asset
  • Experience of working in a Banking / Financial Services environment is essential
  • Previous experience of working on project or in a project environment is preferred
  • Previous experience of report creation, documentation and quality controls is essential
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word/Excel) applications is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
  • Willingness to learn and understand new processes and technology is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the proven ability to operate at senior levels
  • Business fluent English, written and spoken, German an advantage
