Currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxembourg based Private Equity firm, for Distribution Officer to take on regulated responsibilities for all Investor facing Marketing and Distribution. You should have a good background in Asset Management with a substantial amount of experience in client facing roles. Any additional compliance experience would also be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Responsible for pan European marketing and distribution
  • Work closely with Investment relations team in the preparation of marketing materials
  • Work alongside the Head of Risk & Compliance to create clear policy
  • Ensure the business is meeting relevant regulatory requirements, predominantly MiFID and AIFMD


    Key Experience
  • Working experience within asset management or private equity
  • Experience in Investor or Client facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
