Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities:
    Support Wealth Management and Vickers Operations users on risk and control management Assist the Section Head of CBGO Risk and Control to oversee the risk and control management in 3 Departments - Consumer Banking Operations, Wealth Management Operations and Customer Centre Align the risk and control management framework and mechanism of 3 Departments Ensure timely escalation of incidents and issues to management and related
Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking industries, with exposure in control, compliance, audit/ risk management or relevant experience and familiar with SFC and the HKMA regulatory requirements.
  • Wealth and Private banking experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong in risk management and experienced in regulatory compliance
  • Strong ability of multi-tasking
  • Good project management skill
  • Ability to adapt quickly and working with short deadlines
  • Strong knowledge in SFC and the HKMA requirements in wealth management business and operations, preferably in private banking.
