Job Description:

  • Help the launch of a new fund in 2021, and support hedge fund / secondary market / public securities trading
  • Provide legal advice on both corporate and transactional matters
  • Coordinate with external fund counsel to draft offering memorandum, investment management agreements, subscription documents and side letters
  • Help to review investment agreements in private investment in public entity deals and cornerstone investment agreements
  • Review other internal legal documents e.g. non-disclosure agreement, engagement letters, etc.

 

Requirements

  • LLB degree & PCLL holder
  • PQ 2 years+ in financial or commercial sector
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English
