Our client is an SGX listed company and a market leader in their sector. They have a good track record of growth and continues to expand in the region. They are now seeking a high calibre Group Finance Manager.

In this role, reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee a team and be responsible for completion of all finance related responsibilities such as group consolidated statutory financial reporting according to SGX requirements for the whole group, consolidation of financial performance, analysis, planning, forecasting for all the subsidiaries in the group and liaising with external auditors. You will also be a business advisor to contribute to strategic business decisions and be involved in any finance improvement initiatives and projects.

A suitable candidate will have at least a Degree in Accountancy, with a CPA qualification and at least 10 years of progressive finance responsibilities in a large, fast-growing, Singapore listed company. You will be successful if you are someone with strong leadership skills, technically skills, highly analytical and an effective communicator.
