An Executive Manger is sought to drive the next phase of growth in their business and play a crucial role in evaluating and executing potential business acquisitions, divestments and partnerships. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the execution of M&A transactions, likely gained in an investment bank, advisory business, PE/VC or corporate M&A team. You will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent command of valuation methodologies and be a creative and collaborative problem solver.  Prior exposure or a strong interest in the digital, telecom or media industry would be advantageous.

Working alongside the strategy, implementation and business unit leaders you will be able to identify and influence potential acquisitions, strategic development initiates and partnerships and lead your team in driving commercial deal support and new revenue opportunities.
