Formulating detailed analysis of APAC currency and rates markets, along with forecasts for APAC exchange and interest rates.
Providing Macro, G10, EM FX spot and options market commentary, analysis and trade ideas primarily to the local sales / trading as well as wealth management, corporate and institutional clients.
Cross-divisional collaboration, coordination across other APAC teams and FX, Rates and EM Strategy desks.
Coordinating with the global teams of trading strategists, across Macro, G10 and emerging markets, in London, NY and Zurich.
Partnering with the media and other outlets as part of view dissemination and branding.
Your contributions to regular written research product as well as building direct contact and dialogue with the client base.
6+years of relevant work experiences within a similar role, with strong academic backgrounds in related fields
Knowledge of the Macro, G10 & EM FX markets in Asia and a real passion for continued improvement of your understanding of the space.
Outstanding understanding of the overall global foreign exchange and rates markets, trading strategies and derivatives, with a particular focus on Asia and ingenerating trade ideas.
An ability to communicate clearly and with confidence is important, with good presentation skills in client situations.
A strong personality and excellent communication in English, with other languages being helpful.
A flexible, diligent and resourceful attitude will be necessary given the dynamic nature of FX and rates markets.
Showing ambition to be able to independently analyze business requirements and resolve appropriate course of actions without direct management assistance.
Being highly motivated, driven, a team collaborator, along with you loving working in a dynamic work environment.
