Our client is a prestigious sovereign wealth fund based in Abu Dhabi, with an outstanding track record in private equity transactions globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Investment Professional to join their growing and highly successful team based in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on direct private equity investments in North America, specifically focusing on Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leading all aspects of the transaction process
  • Originating, evaluating and screening investment opportunities
  • Managing and developing junior team members
  • You will also gain exposure to the portfolio companies
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Prior private equity experience in developed markets is required; candidates with purely advisory experience will not be suitable
  • Please note that candidates require prior Americas deal experience
  • Experience in tech and software is essential
  • You should have a degree and / or MBA from a top-tier university
