Job description for Lead Consultant - Data Governance :
- Draw Data governance strategy & roadmap
- Experience in conducting business & technology interviews & workshops
- Knowledge & application of industry standard DG frameworks , accelerators, techniques
- First-hand knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (BCBS 239, Sox Compliance, GDPR...)
- Ability to draft data policies, guidelines
- Should be able to customize and weave all DG processes
- Articulate , analyze & present Data ownership & stewardship organization models
- Business case & roadmap preparation for Data governance
- Knowledge of latest DG tools & technologies
- First hand working knowledge on metadata , setting up a business glossary
- Master data management concepts
- Knowledge on Data security framework & techniques, ILM concepts
- Hands on with Data quality management concepts
- Experience in designing DQ KPIs, thresholds & rules
- Experience in customizing technical architecture for data quality
- Selection methodology for appropriate toolsets for DG & DQ
Must have skillsets : knowledge of DG & DQ leading tools (Informatica, Collibra, Trillium, IBM) , data interpretation , Bigdata , ETL , MDM, Metadata
Nice to have skillsets: Data profiling, technical querying, DQ dashboards. Been a part of at least one full-fledged DG &DQ Implementation
