Highly regarded International full-service Investment Bank is looking to hire a Vice President & Analyst/Associate with strong M&A advisory skills to join their Industrials team in Sydney

The business has a large presence and a successful track record across the Australian mid-market sectors. There is now the opportunity for candidates with strong M&A advisory skills to take advantage of the team's successes across Financial Sponsors, Leveraged Finance and Technology.

With the opportunity to work on high profile corporate finance deals, you will help execute and lead key transactions for the team and enjoy a high level of responsibility and accountability with client interaction and have the opportunity to engage in commercial and strategic conversations with clients and industry leaders.

Candidates should have a proven track record of working within M&A / corporate finance from either a Big 4 accounting M&A team, investment bank, lender, independent corporate advisory firm or commercial bank.  Demonstrated experience (2 – 4 years for Analyst/Associate; 7 – 10 years for VP) transacting in Industrials, or similar, is considered mandatory to succeed in these roles. Successful candidates will also bring a high level of attention to detail, client management skills and strong communication skills.
