Business Function
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy & efficiency for transaction verification on timely basis
  • Complete transaction such as remittance by cut-off time
  • Ensure TT Out and 3rd Party Fund Transfer with sufficient funds and collateral
  • Support Treasury settlement
  • Prompt response to RM/CS's requests & enquiries
  • Review, recommend and develop action plan for streamlining operational procedures
  • with system enhancement
  • Support payment projects and testing, process re-design and other digital bank initiatives

Requirements
  • Minimum 5-year experience in banking cash related products
  • Good knowledge in Banking cash related products
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good communication and analyst skill
  • Good logical and analyst mindset
  • Digital mindset would be an advantage
