The client is interested in hearing people who have the following:

  1. Strong modelling skills (essential)
  2. Current senior Associate – junior VP
  3. EM background / motivation
  4. Fund or IB experience in credit (lev fin, structured finance, convertibles, unitranche, distressed, etc)
  5. Ability to work independently, remain client facing but strong negotiators
  6. Solid drive to learn and get up to speed in a highly specialised EM financing space
  7. Some commodity background is helpful but not essential
  8. Entrepreneurial skills
