The team sits as part of an integrated Asset backed Structured finance group working across EMEA and has enjoyed considerable success in the region for a number of years.

They operate cross all kinds of CRE debt including financing, NPL portfolio's and buying CRE debt and operate on both a balance sheet and syndication model depending on the situation.

The successful candidate will either be working in a similar role in another leading bank or working in advisory with a strong focus on NPL transactions; applications from a CRE / RE NPL fund background will also be considered.
