The role:

• Proactively support the Relationship Director with their porfolio of clients in the real estate space
• To act as a no 2 to the Relationship Director taking full capacity for the designated portfolio of required
• Providely timely and accourate information to other Corporate Banking functions
• Develop and manage both existing clients and potential new customer targets
• Assist with the preparation of credit reviews and credit application
•  Proactively support with customer problems
•  Administrative tasks when required
•  Liaise with the internal teams
•  Attend client meetings and make client calls

Experience required:

• 2-4 years banking experience
• Experience working in the corporate banking team at another UK based bank
• Good knowledge of corporate banking products
• Sound credit knowledge
• Experience in the real estate sector
• Strong communication skills
• Good education
• KYC knowledge
• Must pocess good IT skills
• Awareness of risk management
• Good organisational skills
• Good negotiation skills
