A leading and growing life reinsurer are seeking highly motivated and senior Actuary to act as their Head of Longevity In-force Business. You will oversee the management of their growing portfolio of UK Longevity swaps and assist the Head of Business Development in operational aspects of new contract negotiations. You will work across the business overseeing the Client Managers working on quotes and transactions to ensure that the swaps are run to the highest standards required. You will act as the main client escalation point and so will have a significant client facing exposure and so should be familiar with this and comfortable with resolving issues. You will also be responsible for setting KPI's and performance targets. You should ideally have at least 4 years+ PQE. You do NOT need to have relevant longevity experience (protection and pensions backgrounds can also be considered if you have the appropriate level of client facing and commercial experience of dealing with tenders/transactions).
