A unique role with a leading global asset manager managing over ~$80bn in AUM wants to bring on an Equity Analyst to their REIT team in New York. This investment firm invests across a range of strategies up and down the capital structure.

Individuals applying must have 3-8 years of experience covering the REIT sector. Compensation is very competitive and the firm offers a plethora of opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Buy-Side Experience 3-8 years
  • Must have prior coverage of REITs
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree.
  • Ability to collaborate and motivated to succeed.
