Fund Administrator - Private Equity Reporting to: Fund Controller
About my client: My client are one of Europe's leading Private Equity/Private Debt firms, investing across debt and direct lending, managing and advising approximately £9 billion of capital. They currently have an opportunity to join their Fund Finance team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a detail oriented finance/fund administrator to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-growing investment firm. About the team: The Accounts Team consists of a Financial Controller overseeing two separate Fund Teams, each of which have a Fund Controller who manages a team of three Fund Accountants. The teams are supported by in-house Fund Administrators.
About the role The Fund Administrator will work across the Accounts team and with other members of Finance and Administration with updating investor information, and corresponding with LPs regarding Distributions, Drawdowns and Financials. The Fund Administrator is responsible for: Generating and distributing Drawdown and Distribution Notices, tax information, compliance details and financials to investors.
