Redstone Commodity Search are working with a successful private energy trading company looking to hire bunker traders to join a newly founded fuel oil desk in Dubai to trade on a back-to-back basis.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for the back-to-back trading of bunkers
• Analyse marine fuels pricing to forecast to maximise profit
• Create and sustain relationships with suppliers enabling competitive pricing of marine fuels
• Build and maintain a portfolio of end user clients within the shipping industry throughout the Middle Eastern, Asian and South East Asian markets.
• Reports into the trading director

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 3+ years' experience in spot trading a bunker fuels portfolio a necessity.
• Current trading experience in the marine fuels sector.
• Portfolio of active transferable relationships in the bunker market a necessity
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Role to be based in Dubai
