Job description: Your team Working within the Finance Department, you help to produce regulatory and prudential reports covering CoRep (capital adequacy), liquidity (LCR, NSFR, ALMM) and leverage. You are part of the team producing ICAAP and ILAAP annual reports and the Recovery Plan regarding regulatory considerations. You ensure that the reporting is of a high quality and compliant with regulations. Your role - You possess in-depth knowledge of capital requirement rules (Basel framework, CRR and CRD) as well as EBA guidelines. You keep track of new developments (especially Basel IV) and analyse new standards.
- You master IT systems and define business and technical requirements as well as contributing to projects aimed at developing the reporting framework. You are also actively involved in the Bank's data management projects to ensure high-quality reporting data and set up a data warehouse.
- You ensure that end-user documentation on regulatory reporting is kept up to date.
- You are proactive in suggesting ways to improve and automate report-production procedures, including data quality controls.
- You analyse prudential ratios and key indicators, providing explanations to management and supervisory bodies when required. In this connection you liaise frequently with Treasury and Risk Management.
Your profile - You have worked in finance for at least three years, ideally in regulatory reporting for banks.
- You have in-depth knowledge of capital requirement rules (CRR and CRD) as well as EBA guidelines.
- You have gained experience in implementing projects related to regulatory reporting.
- You are able to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
- A proven self-starter, you are also a team player and able to remain focused when the clock is ticking.
- You will know how to identify, analyse and resolve problems. You will always be solution oriented
- Undergraduate/Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
- Bilingual French/English (written and spoken).
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, VBA, SQL).
- Knowledge of WKFS for regulatory reporting will be an advantage.
