They are seeking a high calibre Digital Customer Product & Proposition Manager for their direct to consumer and wealth management business. The role will focus on the design and oversight of the creation of customer value propositions, digital product, content, tools and best in class personal experiences for the two business areas.
Key responsibilities include: working with the leadership team to define customer value propositions and best in class personal experiences for their customer segments; creating and maintaining proposition definition documents for core services, products, tools and activities; owning the end to end proposition for target audiences, behavioural segments, product areas and projects with a focus on the proposition, customer experience / engagement, journeys, pricing, policies and service model; overseeing the identification and delivery of improvements for their end to end customer journeys and approach to customer engagement and identifying internal and external commercial and innovation opportunities through analysis and understanding of the long term business goals.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possessing proven experience in proposition development, product management or customer experience development. Experience within personal investing, wealth management, retirement or pensions, or a similar field, is esential Candidates must also have excellent communication and project management skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a pressurised environment.
