The Role:

The Adviser Services Function within Prudential Financial Planning provides support for our Clients and Partners. The role is varied and flexibility is key to success. We are looking to recruit Adviser Services Consultants who are motivated and able to build rapport with our Clients and Partners. Communication skills are essential for this role and previous experience dealing with clients within the Financial Services Industry is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will be working from our Edinburgh office when it re-opens.

Key Work Level Accountabilities:

Colleague:
  • Accountable for delivering a quality service and product to customers and stakeholders
  • Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines and precedent
  • Runs the organisation's processes and systems following pre-defined procedures
  • Adapts to change, responds with initiative and make suggestions for improvements to own work and processes

Key Responsibilities for this role:
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G's operational risk.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • You'll be a great communicator at all levels with a strong desire to build and maintain relationships.
  • You will have experience in dealing with clients over the telephone.
  • You will be able to promote our services to new or existing Clients.
  • You'll be organised and focused with the ability to prioritise and multi task
  • You will have an attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • You'll provide a range of support, therefore flexibility is a must
  • Being pro-active, adaptable and tailoring your working style is key to being successful in this role.
