This role works within the Private Banking Client Lifecycle Management & Controls (CLMC) team to support delivery of a quality service to our clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end lifecycle of Private Banking clients, including coverage of Client Due Diligence/ KYC and regulatory requirements.
Report into the PB CLMC Data Governance and Forms Governance Manager.
Lead the coordination and maintenance of all PB APAC Client Data Attributes and associated validation rules for Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Japan.
Provide oversight of the client data universe, evaluate all data requests and manage the data attribute lifecycle.
Manage and lead client data related change activities and actively participate in projects (close cooperation with IT, Front Units, Compliance etc.)
Advice and assist partners related to specific questions around client data.
Important brokerage function with high degree of reliable and independent work delivery.
Seek to execute client data quality initiatives per time, scope and budget defined by management, using an analytical attitude and structured approach to tasks.
Coordinate with IT, Tax Reporting, Compliance, and other operational teams to analyze and decide on approach for handling client data requests, with focus on minimizing impact to AEI and FATCA reporting.
Function as specialist on PB APAC client data quality and participate in working groups on selected initiatives impacting client data.

3-5 years of relevant client account maintenance/analysis and Data Management (Data Quality and Data Governance) experience within Banking (Private Banking experience preferred).
Proficient in Industry and ISO standards in relation to Client Data Attributes.
Data mining and data analytics experience.
Ability to deliver multiple deliveries to specific project based timelines.
A degree in Business or Finance.
Proficiency in relational database paradigms is a plus.
Understanding of AEI and FATCA is an advantage.
Experience with industry standard tools such as Temenos and/or Avaloq is a plus.
Outstanding technical skills (VBA programming, SQL) will be preferred.
