Gresham Hunt is representing a Prestigious Financial Services Firm in their search for a Head of Audit position in London.

This role will be tasked with leading and delivering complex audits that require independent responsibility for certain areas of the business. 

They are looking for an experienced auditor with minimum 10 years experience having worked in financial services institutions. 

Salary banding for this role is £80,000-£85,000 + package.

The role:

• Delivers on time high quality audit reports, Internal Audit and Regulatory issue validation.
• Comply with audit methodology, procedures and standards across different regulators.
• Develop specialist areas of subject matter expertise within specific sectors and products.
• Ensure effective communication across all levels of management with internal and external stakeholders within the UK.

The person:

• 10 years of audit experience
• Experience of working on audits within a financial service institution
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to face off to senior stakeholders in the business.
• Inquisitive nature and a drive to deliver results at pace.
